Five honest answers

Is this the same data I can get free?

Yes: the records are public, and the agencies publish them free. You pay for the work on top: companies only, sorted to your trade or equipment type and your territory, same-day repeat filings merged, a finished email and CSV every weekday morning, a sample checked by a person, and credit for every bad record.

Who else gets my territory?

On Florida construction, each trade and county goes to at most 5 subscribers, counting Local, Pro and Team together, or to one exclusive subscriber; the territory table shows the seats taken. The equipment-finance feed is not exclusive: other lenders can subscribe to the same state.

Do you call?

No. We never cold-call. Every question is answered by email, within one business day.

How do I cancel?

In one click, from the billing link in any email. Cancel within the first 30 days and we refund the plan in full. After that a monthly plan stops at the end of the paid month, and an annual plan stops renewing. A monthly plan can also pause for up to 3 months (email us); annual, exclusive and Team plans can't pause.

Can I use it for credit decisions?

No. The data is for business prospecting and market research only, never for credit, insurance, employment or housing decisions.
