Who else gets your territory

  • Each trade and county goes to at most 5 subscribers, counting Local, Pro and Team together, or to one exclusive subscriber. A Local subscriber takes a seat in each of its trades in its one county; a Pro subscriber takes a seat in each of its trades in every county; a Team subscriber takes a seat in every trade and county it receives.
  • Local: one county, up to 3 trades.
  • Pro: every county we cover, up to 3 trades you choose; new counties added automatically.
  • Supplier / Team: every county and every trade (quote).
  • An exclusive is never sold over a Local, Pro or Team subscriber's trade and county. A Pro or Team subscriber who joins later doesn't receive a trade and county already held exclusively (none today; see the territory checker).
  • Exclusive territory: you are the only subscriber of ours who receives that trade in that county. An exclusive is sold only where no Local, Pro or Team subscriber has that trade and county, so it never takes a territory away from anyone. The territory checker shows every held territory before anyone buys.
  • The records stay public. Exclusive means no other subscriber of ours gets them; anyone can still look up a permit at the county.
  • Equipment finance is not exclusive: other lenders can subscribe to the same state.

What counts as a record?

One building permit, or one new UCC-1 filing, about a company, delivered once.

How many records will I get?

It depends on your territory: the territory table and the data pages show each one's real weekly volume before you buy.

What if my county is quiet?

Check its volume first on the data pages. Exclusive territories carry a volume-floor credit.

Who else gets my territory?

Each trade and county goes to at most 5 subscribers, counting Local, Pro and Team together, or to one exclusive subscriber. Equipment finance is not exclusive.

What does Pro include?

Pro: every county we cover, up to 3 trades you choose; new counties added automatically. An exclusive is never sold over your trades; a trade and county already held exclusively when you join is left out (none today; see the territory checker). Every trade is on Supplier / Team: every county and every trade (quote).

Do I need a card for the sample?

No. The sample is free, needs no card and starts nothing.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Monthly plans run month to month under our terms of service; exclusive territories are a quarterly or annual commitment.

How do cancelling and pausing work?

Cancel in one click, from the billing link in any email: a monthly plan stops at the end of the paid month, and an annual plan stops renewing. A monthly plan can pause for up to 3 months instead (email us); annual, exclusive and Team plans can't pause.

Do you refund?

Yes: cancel any paid plan within 30 days of starting and we refund it in full. Bad records are credited on your next bill.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Email us and the change starts on your next bill.

Can you invoice us and take ACH? Do you provide a W-9?

Invoices and ACH payment: yes, on Team plans and annual plans. A W-9: yes, by email on request.

What isn't included yet?

Checked contacts, CRM push, competing-lender reports, notices of commencement and an API: see the roadmap list above.

Do you include contacts or phone numbers?

Not yet. Each record names the company exactly as filed and links to the official record.

Can I use the data for credit decisions?

No. Prospecting and market research only; never credit, insurance, employment or housing decisions.
