When the county's data is the better choice

  • If you want every permit, including owner-builder jobs, or a one-off look at a single address, the county's own data is free and complete for what it covers.
  • Several websites also let you browse Miami-Dade permits; if you want to search rather than receive a morning list, one of them may suit you better.
