Company
How we work with you
A business that answers in writing, never cold-calls, and runs no trackers on this website.
Who we are
Fileherald is the name under which this service is offered. The legal name of the company that provides it is shown here, in the footer and in the terms before any subscription starts.
Email: hello@fileherald.com
No photos and no personal names: everything here is about how the business works, and every claim can be checked.
How we answer
- By email only, Monday to Friday, Eastern time.
- We reply within one business day.
- We never cold-call. If you would rather talk, ask by email and we will arrange it.
What we store, and what we don't
- Records about companies only: records about individuals are removed before they are stored.
- Sample requests (your name, email, company and choices) are kept in our own request system; see the privacy notice for how long.
- Card and bank details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card or account number.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this website. You can check: the site's security policy (Content-Security-Policy) only lets your browser load files from this site, and your browser's developer tools show it.
How the data may be used
