The same columns as the paid CSV, rebuilt with the site, with same-day repeat filings merged into one row as in the paid file. Company names are partly hidden; every row keeps its official record link, so you can check it.

Florida permits: any address, including Gmail. Equipment finance: your work address at your company's domain.

Which feed?
Florida construction: county and trade

Miami-Dade County's own permits and the City of Miami's are two separate areas.

Each area lists only the trades its source has. Tallahassee–Leon: new construction only.

  • Tallahassee–Leon had 7 permits for subscribers Oct 27–Nov 2, so a sample there may hold fewer than 10 records.
Equipment finance: states and equipment category

Connecticut publishes no collateral text: its categories come from the lender's name, such as construction or farm equipment.

For example, a county or state we do not cover yet: requests decide which places we add next. Please leave out links.
